Creative Designer (Brand & Social) - Buildberg

Our client Buildberg is hiring a Creative Designer (Brand & Social) in Lahore.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative person to own how Buildberg looks and sounds visually. You will design creatives for the company and for our founders' personal profiles, set the creative direction, write our brand guidelines from scratch, and handle the day-to-day of our social channels.
This is a build-it-from-zero role, not a ticket queue. We have a logo, a color system, and a website. We do not have a documented brand system, a consistent social presence, or a repeatable creative process. That is what you would build.
The role is in-office in Lahore or Multan. We are hiring recent graduates and university students, so we care more about taste and initiative than years of experience.
This is a full-time role. We are looking for someone who can own the brand end to end with minimal hand-holding - you will get context and feedback, not step-by-step direction. Show us work you have shipped on your own judgment and we will take it from there.

What You Will Own

• Creatives for the company: social posts, carousels, ad visuals, website and blog graphics, presentation and proposal decks
• Personal brand creatives for the founders: LinkedIn carousels, post visuals, profile assets, video thumbnails
• Brand guidelines: logo usage, color, typography, spacing, imagery direction, tone of voice, and templates the whole team can reuse
• Creative strategy: deciding what we should be posting, what it should look like, and why
• Day-to-day social: planning the content calendar, scheduling posts, writing captions, replying to comments, and tracking what performs
• A reusable template library so recurring content stops being designed from scratch each time

Requirements

• A portfolio that shows real design work (coursework, freelance, club or society work, or personal projects all count)
• Comfortable in a design tool you can move fast in - Figma, Canva, or the Adobe suite
• A point of view on design - you can explain why a layout works, not just that it looks nice
• Strong written English for captions, hooks, and short-form copy
• Organized enough to run a content calendar without being chased
• Currently studying, or recently graduated, and able to work in-office in Lahore or Multan
• Available for at least 3 months, with the intent to go full-time if it is a fit on both sides

Nice to Have

• Motion graphics or short-form video editing (Reels, LinkedIn video, YouTube thumbnails)
• Experience growing a social account, your own or someone else's
• Familiarity with personal branding on LinkedIn or X
• Experience building or documenting a design system
• Comfort using AI tools for image generation, drafting, and research
