Accounts Officer

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support the company's financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting and financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, invoices, and payments.
• Prepare vouchers, bills, invoices, and financial documents.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and regular reports.
• Monitor cash flow and maintain proper financial records.
• Coordinate with banks, vendors, clients, and relevant departments.
• Assist with tax-related documentation and compliance.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting documents.

Job Specification

• Bachelor’s degree in management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Candidates above 30 years of age are preferred.
