Arni Medica is a growing medical device manufacturing company committed to delivering high-quality, innovative, and compliant healthcare solutions. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee and strengthen our financial operations.

Job Summary

The Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, overseeing budgeting and reporting processes, and supporting strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations applicable to manufacturing businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Handle GST, TDS, income tax compliance, and statutory filings
• Maintain accurate ledger entries and reconciliations
• Oversee payroll processing and vendor payments
• Coordinate with auditors and manage internal and external audits
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and cost control processes
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Support management with financial analysis and MIS reporting
• Inventory Management
• Stock Audits

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CA / CMA (preferred but not mandatory)
• 3–7 years of accounting experience (manufacturing in Medical & Pharma  industry preferred)
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP/SAP) and MS Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and leadership abilities
