Location: Surulere, Lagos State.

We are looking for a smart, energetic, confident, and eloquent corp member to serve as a Client Service Representative in our company. This role is ideal for someone who is commercially minded, and comfortable engaging with senior professionals.
The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, creating a strong first impression of the firm. He/She will respond to enquiries, engage prospective clients, understand their needs, communicate our service offering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients.
  
• Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries across relevant communication channels.
  
• Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs, challenges, and requirements.
  
• Clearly communicate and pitch the firm's services to prospective clients.
  
• Identify qualified leads and support the conversion of prospects into clients.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  
• Follow up consistently with prospects and ensure enquiries are properly managed through to resolution or conversion.
  
• Represent the firm's brand, values, and services in a professional and compelling manner.
  
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, follow-ups, and opportunities.
  
• Work closely with relevant internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  
• Stay informed about the firm's services and industry developments in order to communicate effectively with clients.
  
• Use digital tools and platforms effectively to manage client communication and engagement.
  

Requirements

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  
• Must be an NYSC Corp Member
  
• Previous experience in a client-facing, customer service, business development, sales, account management, or related role.
  
• Demonstrated ability to communicate confidently with clients and prospects.
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  
• Good knowledge of digital communication platforms and productivity tools.
  
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet targets.
  
• Professional appearance, demeanour, and strong personal presence.
  
• The candidate must be digitally proficient and comfortable with modern technology and digital platforms.
