About the Role
We are looking for an experienced CRM Executive to manage customer relationships and support our service operations. You will handle feedback calls, complaint tracking, service bookings, and routine staff administration. If you are detail-oriented, communicate well, and enjoy helping customers, we'd like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct Instant Feedback (ISF) calls with customers in Kathmandu to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction
Record and monitor customer complaints from across Nepal until resolution
Maintain and update breakdown and off-road reports in Google Sheets
Help customers schedule service appointments in advance
Track and ensure timely settlement of Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance (TADA) claims
Record and update overtime (OT) details for relevant staff
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas
Keep accurate attendance and leave records for employees
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or +2 with relevant experience) in Business, Management, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in customer service, coordination, or administration (automobile industry experience is a plus)
Excellent communication skills in Nepali and English, especially over the phone
Proficiency in Google Sheets and MS Office
Strong attention to detail, follow-up discipline, and record-keeping
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Polite, patient, and customer-focused attitude
