Jimmal Group is looking for a confident, highly presentable, creative and camera-ready female Video Presenter & Content Creator who can become one of the recognizable faces of the Jimmal Group brand.

This is not simply a role where you read scripts in front of a camera.

We are looking for someone who can:

• Create interesting content ideas

• Develop strong hooks and know how the content works

• Present naturally and confidently

• Tell stories that make people want to watch

• Make properties look attractive and valuable

• Communicate real estate information clearly

  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  A. Property Presentation

  • Present residential, commercial and land properties on camera.

  • Conduct professional property walkthroughs.

  • Explain property features, location, price, access, facilities and key selling points.

  • Make property presentations informative, attractive and engaging.

  • Research the property before appearing on camera.

  • Communicate property information accurately.

  • Ask relevant questions to property owners or sales agents when information is unclear.

  B. Content Creation

  • Generate new content ideas for Jimmal Group.

  • Create content around properties, buyers, sellers and the real estate market.

  • Develop strong video hooks and opening lines.

  • Participate in brainstorming and content planning.

  • Suggest new formats, trends and creative concepts.

  • Convert ordinary property information into interesting stories and videos.

  • Create both promotional and educational content.

  C. On-Camera Presentation

  • Present naturally and confidently in front of the camera.

  • Maintain strong energy, facial expressions and body language.

  • Communicate clearly in Nepali and English.

  • Make complex property information easy to understand.

  • Connect with viewers as a real person rather than simply reading a script.

  • Improve presentation quality through feedback and practice.
