Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Manager – Wealth Management (Advisory) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in investment research, financial planning, and client servicing, with the ability to analyse investment performance and develop customised financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Research and Investment Analysis
   

• Track and monitor the performance of invested funds.
  

• Attend fund manager calls to understand investment frameworks and reconcile internal research with fund managers' views.
  

1. Financial Planning
   

• Develop financial plans and deliver presentations to clients as required.
  

• Collaborate with team leaders to gather relevant client and financial information.
  

• Maintain and update client data and revise financial plans annually or whenever significant changes arise.
  

1. Client Service
   

• Obtain necessary documents and supplementary information from clients or team leaders during onboarding.
  

• Conduct purchase cost analyses as required.
  

• Conduct regular client meetings, address queries, and resolve client issues effectively.
  

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA or Master's degree in Finance or a related field.
  

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  

• Candidates pursuing CFA or CFP, or meeting the NISM Investment Adviser Level 1 and Level 2 examination requirements (Series X-A and X-B), as specified for the role.
  

Employment Terms

• Compensation: ₹10–12 LPA, excluding bonus. (depending on the background & experience)
  

• Work Schedule: 5 days a week, working from the office.
  

• Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.
  

• Bond Period: 2 years.
