Consultant, Digital Engagement

On behalf of our client, we're looking for Consultant, Digital Engagement


Responsibilities & Duties:

• Support the planning and execution of MyM Rewards campaigns and member engagement initiatives.
  
• Analyses customer and loyalty performance data to identify opportunities to improve member acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  
• Work with CRM teams to develop targeted campaigns, personalized offers, and customer communications.
  
• Monitor customer journeys and recommend improvements to enhance the loyalty experience.
  
• Support the testing and optimization of rewards, promotions, and loyalty mechanics.
  
• Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to improve the MyM Rewards experience across digital channels.
  
• Research loyalty and CRM best practices and bring new ideas to support program growth.
  

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in a related field
  
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus
  
• Networking Skills
  
• Bilingual: English & Arabic – Strong Arabic preferable
