On behalf of our client we are looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist to join their team in Riyadh.
Task/ Job Summary
A Senior Procurement Specialist is responsible for sourcing new suppliers, conducting cost analysis, negotiating contract terms, and ensuring the procurement of products and services that meet the organization's operational and business requirements. The role also supports the development of procurement strategies and cost-effective solutions to help the organization optimize supply costs and improve vendor management. In addition, the Senior Procurement Specialist is responsible for managing procurement activities, administering contracts, leading contract negotiations, and preparing and processing purchase orders while ensuring compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.

Job description
- Maintain effective and collaborative communication with all departments within their respective areas of responsibility to support business objectives and foster cross-functional cooperation.
- Prepare reports in both Arabic and English as requested by the direct manager, ensuring they are regularly updated and readily available when needed.
- Ensure compliance with the company's approved protocols, policies, and procedures in accordance with the direct manager's instructions and company regulations.
Requirements
- Saudi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certified International Procurement Professional (CIPP) certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
