Designation: IT Recruiter

Location: Baner, Pune
Experience: 4+ Years
Education Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment from requirement understanding, sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.
  
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, databases, and other sourcing channels.
  
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and job requirements.
  
• Understand IT job descriptions and identify suitable candidates for various technology roles.
  
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  
• Manage candidate pipelines, follow-ups, interview feedback, offers, negotiations, and closures.
  
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and candidate databases.
  
• Ensure timely closure of assigned positions within defined hiring timelines.
  
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  
• Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide regular recruitment updates.
  
• Handle multiple IT requirements and priorities simultaneously.
  
• Support lateral hiring and volume recruitment as required.
  

Required Skills

• 4+ years of recruitment experience with strong IT / Technology recruitment exposure.
  
• Proven experience in end-to-end IT hiring.
  
• Good understanding of IT technologies, technical roles, and skill requirements.
  
• Strong candidate sourcing experience through LinkedIn and job portals.
  
• Good resume screening and preliminary candidate assessment skills.
  
• Strong candidate engagement and follow-up skills.
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work effectively with hiring managers.
  
• Strong ownership, coordination, and closure-oriented approach.
  
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
  

Preferred Experience

• Experience in handling end-to-end IT hiring and lateral recruitment.
  
• Experience in volume hiring / multiple position closures.
  
• Exposure to hiring for roles such as Software Development, Data Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Testing/QA, Infrastructure, IT Support, and Analytics.
  
• Experience with ATS / HRMS / Recruitment Management Systems preferred.
  
• Any ERP exposure is an added advantage.
