We are expanding within the leadership education sector and are looking to connect with motivated professionals who bring experience in communication, client engagement, leadership, business development or relationship management.

This is a remote, independent opportunity with a performance-based income structure. It may suit someone who values flexibility, enjoys working autonomously and is comfortable taking responsibility for their own results.

You’ll work with established online systems, structured processes and professional training designed to support client engagement, follow-up and business growth.

Requirements

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience in leadership, client engagement, business development, recruitment, sales, consulting or a similar people-focused field
Confident communicating by phone and online
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Organised with good time-management skills
Comfortable learning and using online business and CRM systems
Open to ongoing professional training and development
Comfortable with an independent, performance-based structure
