💰 Up to ₱30,000/month (Basic + Allowance)

Join a growing team supporting a leading US-based parking reservation platform! We're looking for customer-focused professionals who can provide exceptional support through phone, email, and chat.

What You'll Do:

✅ Assist customers with reservations, changes, refunds, and parking-related concerns

✅ Deliver excellent customer service and problem resolution

✅ Accurately document customer interactions

✅ Work with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

What We're Looking For:

✔ At least 1 year of customer service experience (BPO preferred)

✔ Excellent English communication skills

✔ Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

✔ Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong on a graveyard schedule
