Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Executive US Recruiter with strong exposure to senior and leadership hiring across the USA and Canada. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on both technology and non-technology roles and have strong sourcing and stakeholder-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end executive and senior-level recruitment for US and Canada mandates.
  

• Source and engage senior/passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search.
  

• Build and manage leadership-level talent pipelines.
  

• Partner with hiring stakeholders to understand requirements and develop effective search strategies.
  

• Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  

• Track pipeline progress, market intelligence, and recruitment activity.
  

• Exposure to Japan, Indonesia, and/or China hiring will be an added advantage.
  

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in senior/executive-level recruitment using LinkedIn.
  

• Strong experience recruiting for the USA and Canada markets.
  

• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  

• Comfortable working independently in a 4 PM–1 AM IST shift from home.
  

• Candidates returning from a career break are welcome to apply.
  

• Candidates without prior executive hiring experience may also be considered if they have strong US recruitment experience and are willing to handle executive searches.
