AP/AR Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle AP and AR functions
  

• Process invoices, payments, cash applications, and collections
  

• Process warranty claims, damaged shipment reimbursements, and vendor rebates
  

• Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end close
  

• Work across multiple departments and priorities
  

• Maintain accurate records and support ad hoc accounting needs
  

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of AP/AR experience
  

• Manufacturing or distribution experience strongly preferred
  

• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and PivotTables
  

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  

• Comfortable managing interruptions and shifting priorities
  

• Ability to work full-time onsite
