Artist Liaison CDI - German Speaking

As an Artist Liaison, you will be at the heart of Singulart’s relationship with its artists. Your mission is to proactively engage artists, understand their needs and help them get the most value from their experience on the platform.
You will take ownership of artist relationships throughout their journey, from onboarding to ongoing engagement and retention. Through personalized guidance and consultative conversations, you will strengthen artist satisfaction, support retention and contribute to revenue growth.
You’ll work closely with the Artist Success & Liaison teams and collaborate with Product, Tech, Sales and Marketing to resolve issues and improve the artist experience.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Artist Outreach & Calls:
Proactively contact artists by phone, email and messages, including a high volume of outbound calls.
Build trusted relationships by understanding each artist’s situation, expectations and objectives.
Communicate Singulart’s value clearly, handle objections and adapt your approach to each conversation.
Re-engage inactive artists and support targeted win-back campaigns.
Follow-up & Relationship Management:
Manage artist relationships throughout onboarding, profile optimization, first-sale support and ongoing performance reviews.
Take ownership of follow-ups and ensure agreed actions are completed.
Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and internal tools to support reporting and coordinated follow-up.
Stay organized while managing multiple conversations, priorities and deadlines.
Artist Support & Retention:
Provide clear, empathetic and solution-oriented guidance to artists.
Help artists navigate Singulart’s tools and services, with guidance tailored to their needs and subscription.
Lead retention conversations with artists considering cancellation or experiencing payment issues.
Resolve artist inquiries through our ticketing tools and coordinate with internal teams on technical or complex issues.
Contribute to retention targets and use performance data to identify opportunities to reduce churn.
Feedback Sharing:
Identify recurring issues, friction points and opportunities to improve the artist journey.
Share artist feedback and market insights with Artist Success, Product, Tech, Sales and Marketing.
Turn insights from artist conversations into practical recommendations for product, communication and service improvements.
Process Improvement & Artist Experience:
Create and contribute to initiatives that improve the artist experience, strengthen engagement and address key pain points.
Help develop and deliver retention and engagement programs, including VIP outreach, webinars and targeted campaigns.
Improve internal documentation, playbooks and knowledge-base resources.
Share best practices and support junior liaisons or interns when needed.
Participate in weekly strategy meetings, KPI reviews and cross-functional projects.

At least two years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as account management, customer success, sales or support.
Previous experience with high-volume outbound calls, proactive outreach and relationship management.
Strong written and spoken English, with native or bilingual proficiency in German.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and adapt to different audiences.
Sales and retention mindset: You are comfortable initiating conversations, communicating value and handling objections. Experience working toward retention or revenue targets is a strong advantage.
Resilience: You remain calm, professional and constructive when facing rejection or difficult conversations.
Organizational skills: You manage follow-ups autonomously and keep track of multiple artist interactions and priorities.
People-first approach: You build trust through empathy, confidence and clear expectation-setting.
Problem-solving skills: You take ownership of issues, identify practical solutions and know when to involve other teams.
Data-driven mindset: You are comfortable using KPIs and artist feedback to assess results and improve your approach.
Self-starter with team spirit: You work independently while contributing actively to shared goals and initiatives.
Tech savvy: You are comfortable using CRM and ticketing tools. Familiarity with HubSpot, Aircall or Stripe is a plus.
Experience in the art market, an online marketplace or a growth-focused environment is welcome, but not required.
