FLOOR MANAGER

Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Floor Manager to oversee daily showroom operations within the IT Services sector, specifically tailored for the jewellery industry. This pivotal role involves leading the sales floor team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving revenue growth through strategic target achievement. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between management and staff, fostering a high-performance culture while maintaining the highest standards of store presentation and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise floor staff to ensure seamless showroom operations and adherence to company policies.
  
• Lead the sales team in meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  
• Manage inventory levels and oversee the daily handling of high-value jewellery items to minimize loss.
  
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to team members to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
  
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  
• Monitor store performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management regarding sales trends and operational issues.
  
• Coordinate with the merchandising team to ensure displays are attractive and aligned with current collections.
  

Requirements

• Possess 3 to 5 years of proven experience in floor or showroom management, preferably within the jewellery sector.
  
• Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
  
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and staff.
  
• Show a history of successfully achieving sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
