We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Operational Manager to be responsible for the overall business development and operational management of the company in Indonesia, with a focus on customer and supplier development, business relations, market expansion, business analysis, and local team management.

What You'll Do:

• Develop the Indonesian market and key customer base, focusing on data centers, MEP engineering, facility operations, and maintenance.
• Identify and follow up on new project opportunities, customer requirements, and potential business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including customer visits, business discussions, negotiations, and follow-ups.
• Develop and manage local suppliers, service providers, manpower resources, and professional partners.
• Participate in project quotations, contract discussions, and commercial negotiations, while coordinating internally on project scope, staffing, costs, and delivery capabilities.
• Manage the Indonesia business plan and execution, with a focus on revenue, costs, profitability, cash flow, accounts receivable, and contract performance.
• Coordinate local and expatriate employees, including recruitment, onboarding, visa processing, administration, employee relations, and cross-cultural communication.
• Work closely with HQ, regional teams, and Indonesian project teams to resolve customer, supplier, personnel, and business-related matters.
• Represent the company professionally in business meetings, industry events, and partner activities.
• Identify and manage key business risks, including customer complaints, supplier issues, payment collection, employment, and compliance matters.
