We are searching for an experienced Data Center Testing Project Manager to lead and oversee testing initiatives in our Jakarta facility. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in data center operations, project management, and technical testing processes to ensure flawless execution and high-quality outcomes.

💼 Role: Data Center Testing Project Manager

What You'll Do:

• 5–10 years of engineering/testing experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in
  data center testing or commissioning.
• Technical background: Electrical preferred; HVAC / MEP candidates are also welcome.
• Key requirement: Must have hands-on experience managing data center testing delivery onsite,
  including: FAT, SAT, equipment testing, system integrated testing and third-party acceptance.
• Strong knowledge of key data center systems, including:
  o Power distribution: UPS, generators, switchgear/panels
  o HVAC: Chillers, AHU/CRAC
  o Monitoring & control: BMS / DCIM
• Tier III / Tier IV data center project experience is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to lead a team of 20+ on-site, drive project schedules, and manage on-site
  delivery effectively.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English, with the ability to conduct project meetings in Chinese and
  prepare testing reports in Chinese/English.
