At Eastvantage, you’ll contribute to one of Belgium’s key telecom operations. From our office in Tangier, you’ll support technicians working across Belgium, ensuring that every job is assigned to the right technician at the right time.

You’ll be the person keeping everything running behind the scenes!

📍 Location: Tangier, Morocco

⏰ Work Mode: On-Site

💼 Contract: Permanent

What Will You Do?

📅 Plan and optimize daily schedules for field technicians

📍 Assign jobs based on location, availability, and expertise

📞 Maintain daily communication with technicians and customers

⏱️ Monitor ongoing operations and track the progress of assignments

🔄 Quickly handle delays, urgent requests, and unexpected absences

📝 Process administrative changes accurately

🤝 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations

💡 Identify opportunities to improve planning and operational efficiency

What Are We Looking For?

✅ Native or fluent Dutch is mandatory

✅ Basic knowledge of French or English

✅ Strong organizational and multitasking skills

✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

✅ Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure

✅ Attention to detail and a proactive mindset

✅ Comfortable using the phone as a key communication tool

✅ Previous experience in dispatching, planning, customer service, or operations is an advantage
