About the Role

We are looking for a creative Video Editor & Motion Graphics professional to create engaging visual content for a premium real estate organization. The ideal candidate should have strong video editing skills along with an understanding of motion graphics and digital content formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit engaging videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, websites, and digital campaigns.
  

• Create promotional videos, project walkthroughs, interviews, testimonials, and brand videos.
  

• Develop motion graphics, transitions, titles, animations, and visual effects.
  

• Work with the marketing and creative teams to translate concepts into engaging video content.
  

• Perform colour correction, basic colour grading, sound editing, and video optimization.
  

• Manage multiple editing projects and deliver content within deadlines.
  

• Stay updated with current video trends and social media formats.
  

Required Skills & Tools

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
  

• Good knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Motion Graphics.
  

• Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve is an advantage.
  

• Understanding of video composition, pacing, storytelling, colour correction, and sound design.
  

• Experience creating short-form content such as Reels and Shorts.
  

Candidate Profile

• 4-5 years of relevant experience in video editing and motion graphics.
  

• Strong creative portfolio/showreel.
  

• Good understanding of digital marketing content.
  

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  

• Strong attention to detail.
