Technical Experience expectations:

• Enterprise Wireless solutions (Cisco Catalyst Wireless, Cisco Meraki)
• Network Security and Next-Generation Firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks)
• SASE, SD-WAN, and Secure Remote Access technologies (Cisco Secure Access, Fortinet SD-WAN, Palo Alto Prisma, Cato Networks, Zscaler)
• Enterprise Routing and Switching technologies
• Network Access Control and Identity Services (Cisco ISE, FortiNAC)

Professional Services & Project Delivery Experience

• End-to-end infrastructure and security project delivery
• Customer discovery workshops and solution design activities
• High-Level and Low-Level Design documentation
• Deployment, migration, cutover planning, and implementation activities
• Testing, operational handover, and as-built documentation
• Client-facing engagement and technical workshop facilitation
• Managing project scope within agreed SOWs and handling change requests where required
