ECC/ECP Specialist

Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ECC/ECP Specialist to lead critical payroll and human capital management initiatives within the IT Services sector. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary expert for managing complex SAP ECC Payroll environments and integrating them with modern cloud-based solutions like SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. The position demands a professional who can ensure seamless data flow between legacy systems and new platforms, oversee application maintenance services (AMS), and drive strategic payroll integration projects. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of our global workforce data, optimizing payroll processes, and supporting the organization's long-term HR technology roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute comprehensive payroll solutions using SAP ECC, ensuring full compliance with regional tax regulations and company policies.
  
• Manage the end-to-end implementation and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, acting as the subject matter expert for data migration and system configuration.
  
• Oversee the integration of ONWARDSHR and other third-party payroll platforms with core SAP systems to guarantee accurate and timely compensation processing.
  
• Lead Application Maintenance Services (AMS) activities, including troubleshooting complex payroll errors, performing root cause analysis, and implementing system patches.
  
• Design and test robust payroll integration interfaces to facilitate smooth data exchange between SAP ECC, SuccessFactors, and external banking or reporting tools.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver scalable HR technology solutions.
  
• Provide advanced support for payroll reconciliation, audit preparation, and the resolution of high-priority incidents within the HRIS landscape.

• Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in HR technology, specifically within the IT Services industry.
  
• Proven expertise in SAP ECC Payroll configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.
  
• Strong proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including data modeling, workflow configuration, and integration points.
  
• Demonstrated experience working with ONWARDSHR and managing complex payroll integrations.
  
• Solid background in Application Maintenance Services (AMS), with the ability to manage support lifecycles and system upgrades.
  
• Deep understanding of global payroll principles, tax compliance, and data security standards.
  
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business challenges into effective technical solutions.
