Seasonal Janitorial Supervisor

Come join the Alliance Team for the 2026 Baseball Season! We are looking for a qualified Seasonal Janitorial Supervisor to join our team. As a Seasonal Janitorial Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of various facilities in the city. You will also oversee managing a team of janitors and ensuring they perform their duties efficiently and safely. Maintenance services include in-game and post-game cleaning of the entire stadium including stands, seats, locker rooms, public areas, and restroom maintenance. THIS IS A SEASONAL POSITION.

Responsibilities

• Planning and assigning daily tasks to the janitorial staff

• Inspecting the quality of the cleaning and maintenance work

• Providing training and feedback to the janitorial staff

• Ordering and maintaining the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and standards

• Handling customer complaints and requests

• Preparing reports and records on the janitorial activities and performance

• Coordinating with other supervisors and managers on the facility operations 

• Evaluating the janitorial staff performance and conducting performance reviews

• Reviewing and approving staff schedules, timekeeping, attendance, and payroll and disciplining the janitorial staff as needed
