Freelance Recruiter

We’re looking for motivated and result-oriented Freelance Recruiters to collaborate with us in sourcing, screening, and connecting qualified candidates with job opportunities from our client organizations. This is a flexible, remote opportunity for individuals who have recruitment experience, a strong professional network, or an interest in talent acquisition.

Freelance recruiters will work independently and earn commissions for successful candidate placements, based on mutually agreed terms.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

• Review CVs and screen candidates based on job requirements and client expectations.

• Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess qualifications, experience, and suitability.

• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Submit qualified candidate profiles to Talent Connects within agreed timelines.

• Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates and clients when required.

• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment pipeline updates.

• Build and maintain a professional network of candidates across relevant industries.

• Ensure confidentiality and ethical handling of candidate and client information.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.

• Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or headhunting is an advantage.

• Strong sourcing, communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, CV screening, and recruitment processes.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple vacancies, and meet recruitment deadlines.

• Access to a laptop, internet connection, and relevant sourcing channels.

• Freshers with strong networking and communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
