Project Coordinator

About the role

We are hiring a Project Coordinator with a marketing projects background to coordinate client marketing work end to end: email marketing, SEO, testing, analytics, and blog/content publishing. You will be the link between the client, designers, developers, and marketing specialists, keeping scope, schedule, and reporting on track.

Responsibilities

• Own schedules, task tracking, and weekly status reports for assigned marketing projects.
  
• Run kickoffs and client check-ins; log decisions, action items, and change requests against the SOW.
  
• Coordinate email campaigns: calendar, briefs, approvals, send scheduling, post-send reporting.
  
• Track SEO tasks (keyword research, on-page/technical fixes, content recommendations) through to implementation.
  
• Set up and document A/B tests across email, landing pages, and ads; report results and next steps.
  
• Consolidate analytics (GA4, email, SEO tools) into client-ready monthly performance reports.
  
• Manage the blog/editorial calendar: brief writers, coordinate reviews, publish on the CMS with on-page SEO in place.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• 2–4 years in project or marketing coordination, mostly on marketing projects.
  
• Hands-on experience with at least two of: email marketing, SEO, testing, analytics/reporting, blog publishing.
  
• Exposure to product management (backlog, prioritisation, sprint/release planning).
  
• Familiar with Jira, GA4, an email platform (Mailchimp/HubSpot/Klaviyo), SEO tools (SEMrush/Ahrefs/Search Console), and a CMS (WordPress/Webflow/HubSpot).
  
• Strong written and spoken English; able to run client calls independently.
  

Nice to have

• Agency or design-studio experience; HubSpot or Google Analytics certifications.
  

Role details

Reports to the Project Manager. Full-time, Lahore (hybrid – to confirm), with overlap for US client calls.
