Islamic Tarbiyah

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual for the role of Islamic Tarbiyah teacher. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing and guiding students in their spiritual, moral, and social development according to Islamic principles. The role will require the teacher to work closely with students to impart religious knowledge, foster good character, and encourage positive values in a full-time, on-site setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging Islamic studies curricula that nurture students' spiritual growth and moral development.
• Conduct classes and workshops on Islamic teachings, ethics, and history.
• Mentor and support students in understanding and practicing Islamic principles in daily life.
• Evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
• Organize and lead Islamic events and activities that enhance students' understanding and appreciation of their faith.
• Collaborate with other educators to integrate Islamic values into various subjects and school activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about students' progress and school activities.
• Maintain a respectful and inclusive classroom environment that aligns with Islamic principles.

Qualifications:

• A degree or certification in Islamic studies, religious education, or a related field.
• A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in teaching or mentoring in an Islamic setting.
• Profound knowledge of Islamic teachings, scriptures, and cultural practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students to develop a strong moral compass.
• Familiarity with educational tools and technology to enhance learning experiences.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative setting.
• Compassionate and patient approach to teaching and mentoring students.

Requirements:

• Fulfillment of any legal and educational certifications required to teach in the specified location.
• A strong personal commitment to uphold and promote Islamic values.
• Availability to work full-time on-site as per the school's schedule.
