GHL Systems & Automation Lead

About the Role

We’re looking for a GHL Specialist & Automation Lead to build, manage, and optimize GoHighLevel (GHL) systems for multiple clients.

This role will own the setup and ongoing maintenance of GHL accounts, including CRM configuration, pipelines, workflows, automations, funnels, campaigns, and integrations. The ideal candidate has strong GHL experience and can turn client requirements into organized, scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and manage GoHighLevel (GHL) accounts for multiple clients
  

• Set up CRM pipelines, workflows, automations, calendars, forms, surveys, and campaigns
  

• Build sales funnels, lead capture systems, and lead nurturing sequences
  

• Create and manage SMS and email automation campaigns
  

• Configure and troubleshoot GHL integrations with other platforms
  

• Maintain and optimize existing GHL systems and automations
  

• Create reusable GHL templates, snapshots, and standardized workflows
  

• Manage multiple client projects while maintaining accuracy and organization
  

• Work with the team to understand client requirements and implement effective GHL solutions
  

• Document systems, processes, and SOPs for ongoing management and support
  

• Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation
  

Additional Responsibilities

• Support Google Workspace and internal systems
  

• Build and maintain Notion systems for documentation, task management, and SOPs
  

• Provide systems support and troubleshooting to team members and clients
  

• Help maintain consistent processes and data across platforms
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
  

• Experience building and managing GHL systems for multiple clients or businesses
  

• Strong understanding of CRM, sales funnels, pipelines, workflows, and automation
  

• Ability to build GHL systems from the ground up
  

• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining GHL accounts
  

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
  

• Strong organizational and communication skills
  

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  

• Proficiency in Google Workspace
  

• Working knowledge of Notion
  

Nice to Have

• Experience working with a marketing, automation, or systems agency
  

• Experience managing GHL agency accounts and multiple sub-accounts
  

• Experience creating GHL snapshots and reusable templates
  

• Experience with Zapier, Make, APIs, webhooks, or other integrations
  

• Experience with gyms, fitness, wellness, or other service-based businesses
  

• Experience with MindBody or similar platforms
