Virtual Assistant

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Virtual Assistant to provide support across Marketing, Sales, Administrative Operations, and Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing

• Assist with social media management and content scheduling
  
• Support email marketing and marketing campaigns
  
• Conduct online research and competitor research
  

Sales

• Assist with lead generation and prospecting
  
• Research potential clients and maintain lead lists
  
• Update CRM records and assist with follow-ups
  

Administrative

• Manage emails, data entry, documents, spreadsheets, and reports
  
• Maintain accurate records and databases
  
• Provide general administrative and operational support
  

Customer Service

• Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, or other platforms
  
• Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate issues when needed
  
• Maintain accurate customer information and records
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant preferred
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
  
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, CRM, and other online tools
  
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
