Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Project Engineer to support project engineering and management activities throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves coordination with US-based Project Managers, project documentation, estimation, change orders, submittals, and technical project support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support engineering and project management activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Coordinate with US-based Project Managers and project teams.
  
• Handle change orders, submittals, project administration, and documentation.
  
• Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
  
• Support 2D overlays, estimation, manpower planning, and resource estimation.
  
• Assist Project Managers with project execution and planning.
  
• Maintain QA/QC standards and project documentation.
  
• Conduct training sessions for team members and trade partners.
  
• Maintain effective coordination between India and US teams.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline.
  
• 5–8+ years of relevant construction/project engineering experience.
  
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings and specifications.
  
• Hands-on experience in Change Order and Submittal Management.
  
• Knowledge of project administration and construction practices.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
  
• Experience with Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, or estimation software is an advantage.
  
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  
• Strong ownership, accountability, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
