• Focuses on preventing errors through robust workflows, documentation, and system validation
  
• Performs routine internal reviews and integrates preventive controls across processes and suppliers \
  
• analyses deviations and proposes long-term solutions to improve system resilience
  
• Plans, conducts, and reports on internal and external audits.
  
• Ensures compliance with quality management systems and standards.
  
• Uses digital tools to streamline audit processes and track corrective actions.
  
• Lead process improvement projects to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  
• Apply statistical and analytical tools such as Pareto analysis, FMEA, and control charts to detect and prevent issues.
  
• Quality coordinators, analysts, and technicians support the QA/QC teams by collecting data, generating reports, and maintaining documentation.
  
• Ensure smooth communication between management, staff, suppliers, and clients

Requirements

• B.Tech. in Civil Engineering
  
• ISO 9001:2015 certification
  
• 4–5 years of relevant experience
  
• Good understanding of site conditions and design criteria
  
• Prior site experience, preferably with exposure to execution and coordination
