212° is growing, and we're looking for a Recruiter to join our team as we continue building something different in the staffing and recruiting space.

We're a boutique staffing and recruiting firm built around relationships, accountability, urgency, and going the extra degree for the people and organizations we serve. This opportunity is ideal for an early-career recruiter with approximately 2+ years of recruiting experience who has developed a strong foundation and is ready for more ownership, more opportunity, and a chance to grow alongside a growing company.

What You'll Do

As a Recruiter at 212°, you'll manage recruiting activity throughout the full candidate lifecycle while partnering closely with internal leadership and our clients.

You'll be responsible for:

• Managing full-cycle recruiting across assigned searches
  
• Proactively sourcing and engaging passive and active candidates
  
• Building targeted talent pipelines through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, databases, and creative sourcing strategies
  
• Conducting candidate interviews and evaluating qualifications, experience, motivation, compensation, and overall fit
  
• Developing strong candidate relationships throughout the recruiting process
  
• Presenting qualified candidates and helping move searches forward with urgency
  
• Coordinating interviews and maintaining consistent candidate communication
  
• Supporting offer management and candidate closing
  
• Delivering a thoughtful, high-touch candidate experience from first contact through placement
  
• Maintaining accurate candidate and recruiting activity within our ATS
  
• Managing multiple searches and priorities while remaining organized and accountable
  
• Continuously building relationships that extend beyond a single search or placement

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Approximately 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or related experience
  
• Experience sourcing and engaging candidates through LinkedIn and other recruiting channels
  
• Experience interviewing and qualifying candidates
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
• Ability to build rapport and credibility quickly
  
• Strong organization and follow-through
  
• Comfort working independently while remaining highly collaborative
  
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities
  
• Staffing agency experience is a plus, but not required
  
• Experience with an ATS or recruiting technology is preferred
  

Location & Work Environment

Philadelphia-Based Hybrid Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM

The compensation package will include:

• Competitive base salary + uncapped commissions
  
• Health benefits, with eligibility beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment
