The role involves testing AI-powered tools and software applications used across customer conversations, case assessment, compliance checking, document analysis, call auditing, and adviser guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Test AI systems using different customer and adviser scenarios.
• Test AI responses for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with defined requirements.
• Create and test different variations of the same scenario to identify inconsistencies.
• Test unusual, difficult, and edge-case scenarios.
• Identify and document bugs, unexpected behaviour, and workflow issues.
• Perform regression testing after system updates and fixes.
• Test websites, forms, workflows, document uploads, and other software features.
• Verify that required questions, checks, and escalation processes are triggered correctly.
• Maintain test cases, testing records, and evidence of results.
• Clearly document issues with steps to reproduce, expected results, actual results, and supporting evidence.
• Work closely with AI and development teams to reproduce issues and verify fixes.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Logical and methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to follow detailed testing processes and maintain accurate records.
• Curiosity and willingness to investigate why something went wrong.
• Patience to repeatedly test different scenarios and variations.
• Comfortable using computers, web applications, and digital tools.
• Basic understanding of software, AI tools, or testing is a plus.
• Fresh graduates and final-year students with a strong interest in AI/software testing are encouraged to apply.
