As we scale our programs and instructor network, we are looking for a Manager, Learning Quality & Assessment who will ensure that every Edversity program consistently delivers strong technical learning outcomes.

Role Overview

The Manager, Learning Quality & Assessment will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the academic and technical quality of Edversity's programs.
This is not a traditional administrative QA role.
The person will work closely with curriculum teams, technical instructors, subject matter experts and student success teams to evaluate whether our courses are technically relevant, effectively taught, properly assessed and aligned with the competencies promised to learners.
The ideal candidate should have a technology background combined with experience in education, training, instructional design, curriculum development or learning quality.

Key Responsibilities

Learning & Program Quality

• Audit active and upcoming Edversity programs for learning quality, technical depth and curriculum alignment.
• Review course structures, learning objectives, lesson plans, practical labs, projects and assessments.
• Ensure programs maintain a strong balance between theory and hands-on technical learning.
• Identify gaps in course design, sequencing, technical depth and learner progression.
• Establish and maintain Edversity's learning quality standards across programs.

Instructor Quality

• Observe live classes and review recorded sessions.
• Evaluate instructors on technical clarity, teaching effectiveness, practical demonstrations, engagement and learner support.
• Develop and maintain instructor quality scorecards.
• Provide structured feedback and improvement recommendations to instructors.
• Identify instructors requiring additional support, training or intervention.

Assessment & Competency Quality

• Review quizzes, assignments, labs, projects and capstone assessments.
• Ensure assessments measure real technical competency rather than simple content recall.
• Develop assessment rubrics and competency frameworks.
• Evaluate whether projects are portfolio-worthy and aligned with industry expectations.
• Monitor grading quality and consistency across instructors and cohorts.

Technical Curriculum Review

• Review technical curricula across areas such as AI, Data, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Blockchain and related technologies.
• Assess whether tools, platforms, frameworks and technologies being taught remain relevant to industry.
• Work with technical SMEs where deeper domain validation is required.
• Identify outdated content and recommend curriculum improvements.

Learning Analytics & Continuous Improvement

• Track learner performance, assessment outcomes, completion rates, feedback and quality indicators.
• Identify recurring learning problems across cohorts.
• Produce regular learning quality reports for leadership.
• Recommend improvements based on learner data, instructor performance and assessment results.
• Work with Curriculum, Student Success and Operations teams to close identified quality gaps.

Program Launch Quality Assurance

Before a new program or cohort launches, review:

• Assessment rubrics

• Learner prerequisites

What We Are Looking For

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering or another relevant technical field.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong understanding of technology education and technical learning environments.
• Ability to understand and review technical curricula, labs, projects and assignments.
• Experience in at least one of the following:
• Technical education
• EdTech
• Curriculum development
• Instructional design
• Technical training
• Learning & Development
• Academic quality

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to provide constructive feedback to instructors and technical experts.Comfortable working with learning data, dashboards and performance metrics.

Strongly Preferred

• Hands-on exposure to one or more of the following:

Experience with LMS platforms and online learning environments.Experience developing assessments, rubrics or competency frameworks.Experience reviewing technical projects or code-based assignments.Familiarity with adult learning or instructional design principles.Experience working with industry-oriented certification or professional training programs.
