Handle full-set accounts for assigned clients (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation)
Prepare monthly management accounts and schedules
Review and guide Junior Executives' data entry work
Liaise with clients to obtain documents and clarify transactions
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal deadlines

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance (LCCI/ACCA/professional qualification an

advantage)

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in an accounting firm or shared

services environment

Proficient in SQL Accounting Software or similar
Strong understanding of full-set bookkeeping and month-end closing
Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
