Financial Planning & Analysis Director

We are conducting a confidential search for a Financial Planning & Analysis Director to lead the FP&A function for an organisation based in Mumbai, working hybrid. Mumbai's role as India's financial and corporate headquarters hub makes this a director-level opportunity for a finance leader who can own budgeting, forecasting, and board-level reporting under Indian statutory requirements.

In this role, you will own the annual budgeting and rolling forecast process, lead management reporting and board packs prepared under Ind AS, and direct working capital, cash flow, and capital allocation analysis. You will ensure SEBI-compliant disclosure and reporting for listed-entity obligations where applicable, and lead variance analysis and business partnering with functional and regional leaders.

You will build and lead a team of FP&A managers and analysts, partner with statutory audit, tax, and treasury on integrated financial reporting, and represent FP&A to the CFO, executive committee, and board. You will also drive finance systems modernisation and automation of reporting and forecasting processes.

Nice to Have:

• Experience preparing financial statements and board packs under Ind AS
• Background with SEBI listing and disclosure requirements
• Chartered Accountant (CA) or CFA qualification
• Experience modernising FP&A systems and reporting automation
• Track record business-partnering with regional or multi-entity leadership
