Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP HR Developer to join our IT Services team. In this pivotal role, you will design, develop, and maintain robust custom solutions tailored to our Human Capital Management (HCM) landscape. The position demands a deep understanding of the SAP ABAP environment, specifically within the HR domain, to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of critical business processes. You will play a key part in enhancing system capabilities, supporting complex payroll operations, and delivering high-quality technical solutions that align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement custom ABAP programs utilizing the Data Dictionary and Dialog Programming modules.
  
• Develop comprehensive ALV reports and facilitate data transfer operations through BDC (Batch Data Communication).
  
• Optimize system performance by writing efficient Open SQL statements and conducting thorough performance tuning.
  
• Manage and troubleshoot IDoc configurations to ensure reliable data exchange between systems.
  
• Execute and support various HCM processes and forms to streamline human resources operations.
  
• Create specialized LDBs (Logical Database) and generate detailed reports specific to HCM requirements.
  
• Analyze and resolve issues related to Payroll and Time Management results, including work with cluster tables.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development, with a strong focus on HR and HCM modules.
  
• Demonstrate proficiency in ABAP Data Dictionary creation and Dialog Programming techniques.
  
• Show proven expertise in building ALV reports and implementing BDC sessions.
  
• Have a solid command of Open SQL and the ability to perform advanced performance tuning.
  
• Be well-versed in IDoc processing and integration scenarios.
  
• Exhibit deep knowledge of SAP ABAP HR/HCM functionalities, including forms and process management.
  
• Display competence in developing LDBs and generating complex HCM reports.
  
• Understand the intricacies of Payroll and Time Results, including the manipulation of cluster tables.
