Handyman

We are seeking a reliable, highly skilled Temp Handyman to join our busy local maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards across a variety of residential and commercial properties primarily located within the City of London and the West End areas. The contract is for 4 weeks.

JOB DUTIES

You will handle a dynamic mix of both planned and reactive maintenance tasks, including:

General Repairs: Performing basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry fixes.

Property Care: Handling basic interior/exterior painting and patchwork.Security & Hardware: Carrying out lock repairs and hardware adjustments.

Safety First: Maintaining a clean, organized, and completely safe work environment on site.

Client Relations: Communicating politely, clearly, and professionally with clients at all times.

Job Location

Maintenance handyman will be working at various sites, mainly in the city of London area, as well as the West End.

Job Offer

Rate - PAYE £16.00 / Limited £20.00

Standard hours: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

To be successful in this role, you must bring:

Experience: Proven experience as a multi-skilled handyman, or a similar handyman or property maintenance role.

Compliance: A solid, essential understanding of current health and safety procedures.

Work Ethic: The ability to work independently, efficiently, and flexibly across multiple sites.

Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent problem-solving aptitudes, and a sharp attention to detail.Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Eligibility: You must be fully eligible to work in the UK.
