Chef de Partie – London Gateway, Corringham | £18.49/hr (inc. holiday pay)

Chefs Bay is recruiting a Chef de Partie for ongoing shifts at London Gateway Port, Corringham. Shifts run Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm.

Pay: £16.50/hr + 12.07% holiday pay = £18.49/hr total. Full PAYE employment — no umbrella companies.

What you'll do:

• Run your section and deliver a high-quality, efficient service
  
• Control portions and manage food safety/temperature records
  
• Help with prepping, ordering, light admin, and menu ideas
  
• Support the wider kitchen team, including washing up when needed
  

What you need:

• Food Safety Certificate Level 2 and a Food Allergens Certificate (don't have these yet? We'll help you get certified — just apply)
  
• Own knives, safely stored in a roll or case (not wrapped in cloth)
  
• Own transport — the site is only accessible by car, with no public transport within 2 miles
