Operations Lead (M/F)

Roundtable is an AI-first asset servicer for SPVs and Funds in Luxembourg and France. We combine a regulated operations team with our own software platform to run hundreds of investment vehicles: structuring, onboarding, KYC, capital calls, distributions, accounting, and reporting.

This runs at scale: we have already processed over €1 billion in flows, and we onboard hundreds of investors every month.

The SPV Operations team is the engine room. Every vehicle we administer moves through your team's hands, every day.

Why this role exists

We run a growing portfolio of SPVs across Luxembourg and France. As volume grows, we need a lead who owns the quality and reliability of our SPV operations: the right work, assigned to the right people, delivered on time and in full.

You will lead SPV Operations end-to-end, owning the team's performance, workload, quality, and client delivery as we scale.

Beyond day-to-day operations, you will work closely with Operations Excellence, Product, Legal, Sales, and Fund Operations to shape better processes, tools, and ways of working - bringing the SPV expertise and front-line perspective that make them work in practice.

Mission

Lead the SPV Operations team and own the quality and reliability of its execution. Deliver every SPV operation on time and in full, manage the team's workload and performance, and be the operational voice of SPVs across Roundtable. As the SPV domain expert, help shape how our operations evolve and scale.

What you will do

Run SPV Operations

• Own execution across the SPV lifecycle, from vehicle setup and investor onboarding to capital calls, transfers, distributions, and closure.

• Ensure every operation meets the expected quality and regulatory or contractual deadlines.

• Own operational performance and workload across the SPV portfolio.

Lead the team

• Manage the SPV Operations team: assign work, balance capacity, review output, and ensure clear ownership.

• Develop the team through regular feedback, strong onboarding, and clear progression paths.

Own clients and exceptions

• Be the escalation point for complex operational requests, incidents, and sensitive client situations.

• Own incident response and give Sales reliable answers on operational feasibility and timelines.

Shape how SPV Operations scale

• Own your team's operational performance and use KPIs to identify where delivery, quality, or capacity needs to improve.

• Partner with the Operations Excellence Lead to improve processes and ways of working, bringing the SPV expertise and front-line perspective to design solutions that work in practice.

• Work closely with Product, Sales, Legal, and Fund Operations to improve tooling and automation, solve cross-functional challenges, and scale SPV delivery.

• Strong experience in Fintech / legaltech operations. Fund administration, corporate services, asset servicing, or SPV/Fund Operations, with direct exposure to Luxembourg and/or French investment vehicles is a plus.

• Experience managing or meaningfully coordinating an Operations team: allocating work, reviewing output, and developing others.

• Strong execution discipline and judgment: you can manage multiple deadlines, incidents, and client requests without compromising quality.

• Clear communicator, comfortable managing clients and collaborating across teams. Fluent French and English.

• Comfortable with technology, automation, and AI, and motivated to help your team adopt new ways of working.
