Finance Manager - Global Electronics Manufacturing

POSITION SUMMARY:

Primary role is to ensure high standards of financial control and reporting including management accounts and taxation. Overall responsible for accounting, financial and costing activities of the Company.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for management accounting, financial reporting and analysis, costing and other accounting functions.
• Manage the Finance team to ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end closing, forecasting and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with all accounting, tax, statutory, legislative requirements and group policies.
• Analyze data for decision making by operational and senior management.
• Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax and corporate secretarial matters.
• Drive new financial system implementations and upgrades.
• Formulate and implement financial policies.
• Assists in daily operations and other ad hoc projects as assign from time to time.

Job Requirements

• CPA with Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy or its equivalent
• Minimum 5 - 7 years’ relevant working experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of QAD & SAP will be an advantage.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience in a supervisory role is essential
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word etc
• Strong interpersonal, communication & analytical skills.
• A good team player, meticulous and dynamic with the ability to multi-task
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure & deliver within tight deadlines
• Operationally oriented.

Mon to Fri, 8am to 5:45pm
