Primary Responsibility:

Coordination and implementation of workplace safety and health requirements on the HDB project site.

Job Scope

Coordinate and implement workplace safety and health requirements on-site.
Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify unsafe conditions.
Monitor compliance with safety procedures, Risk Assessments and Safe Work Procedures.
Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings and site safety orientations.
Monitor workers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with site safety requirements.
Follow up on safety observations, corrective actions and rectification works.
Assist in incident, accident and near-miss investigations.
Maintain safety records, inspection reports and other WSH documentation.
Liaise with the Project Manager, site supervisors, subcontractors and relevant parties on safety matters.
Ensure compliance with MOM, HDB and other relevant workplace safety and health requirements.

Requirements

Possess a valid WSH Coordinator (WSHC) certification.
Relevant experience in construction projects in Singapore.
HDB project experience is preferred.
