BIM Engineer

We are looking for a BIM Engineer with 4+ years of experience in BIM modelling and construction documentation, preferably with exposure to data center or MEP projects. The role will involve developing and updating 2D/3D models and drawings, preparing as-built documentation, supporting BIM coordination, and resolving issues in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 2D/3D BIM models and drawings using Revit.
  
• Prepare and update as-built models and drawings, including scan alignment.
  
• Review and resolve BIM issues through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
  
• Prepare construction, coordination, lighting, and small power drawings.
  
• Support BIM coordination and ensure model and drawing accuracy.
  
• Coordinate with project and engineering teams to resolve technical and modelling issues.
  
• Maintain project documentation in line with BIM standards and workflows.
  

Requirements

• B.Tech / B.E. in Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering.
  
• 4+ years of relevant BIM/MEP experience.
  
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
  
• Experience in 2D/3D modelling and construction drawings.
  
• Understanding of as-built modelling and documentation.
  
• Experience with BIM coordination and issue resolution.
  
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
  
• Exposure to data center, MEP, lighting, or small power projects will be an advantage.
  
• Good attention to detail and ability to work with project deadlines.
  
• Good communication and coordination skills.
