Locations: Ernakulam
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month+Incentives
Experience: Minimum 1 year of Business development/excellent sales aptitude
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree is mandatory

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Officer – Investment to promote and sell financial investment products. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable investment solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers through field sales and business development activities.
  
• Promote and sell investment and financial products to new and existing clients.
  
• Conduct financial need analysis and recommend appropriate investment solutions.
  
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing continuous support and guidance.
  
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
  
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer service.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in Banking, BFSI, Insurance, NBFC, or Financial Services.
  
• Freshers with excellent sales skills and willingness to build a career in financial sales are also encouraged to apply.
  
• Bachelor's Degree is mandatory
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  
• Basic understanding of financial products and investment services is preferred.
  
• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings
