Senior Marketing Manager

We are looking for a highly experienced Marketing Manager with strong expertise in SaaS and Software Products to lead the Demand Generation, Growth, and Customer Acquisition strategy for List International technology ecosystem.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SaaS, Software Products, B2B Technology, Digital Platforms, Marketplaces, or PropTech, with a proven track record of generating demand, launching technology products, acquiring customers, and delivering measurable growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the Marketing & Demand Generation strategy.
  
• Build and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for SaaS, software, and digital solutions.
  
• Manage and optimize the funnel from Demand → Leads → Opportunities → Customers → Revenue.
  
• Lead B2B Technology Marketing and Customer Acquisition strategies.
  
• Manage Performance Marketing across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
  
• Develop Product Positioning, Messaging, Campaigns, and Launch Strategies.
  
• Work closely with Sales, Product, Technology, and Senior Management to align Marketing with business objectives.
  
• Manage marketing budgets and track KPIs including CAC, CPL, Conversion Rates, Pipeline, and Marketing-generated Revenue.
  
• Lead, develop, and manage a multidisciplinary Marketing team.
  

Requirements

• 7+ years of Marketing experience, including strong experience in team leadership.
  

• Experience in the UAE and GCC markets.
  

• Proven experience in SaaS, Software, B2B Technology, Digital Platforms, Marketplaces, PropTech, or similar technology companies.
  

• Strong experience in Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, and B2B Customer Acquisition.
  

• Proven experience developing and executing Go-To-Market strategies for technology products.
  

• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, Software Products, CRM, Marketing Automation, and Performance Marketing.
  

• Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with the ability to connect Marketing activities to measurable business results.
  

Strongly Preferred

• Experience launching or scaling SaaS / Software Products.
  

• Experience in B2B SaaS or Enterprise Technology Marketing.
  

• Experience in PropTech, Real Estate Technology, Marketplaces, or Digital Ecosystems.
  

• Experience across Egypt, UAE, or GCC markets.
  

• Experience building a Marketing / Growth function from the ground up.
  

• Experience working directly with Founders, C-Level Executives, or General Managers.
