Job Summary

We are looking for a target-oriented Hospitality Recruiter to source and recruit candidates for international hospitality opportunities, including hotels, restaurants, and other hospitality operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates for Chefs, F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office, and Hotel Operations roles.
  
• Build candidate pipelines through hotels, hospitality institutes, colleges, training centres, and referrals.
  
• Conduct screening and coordinate interviews, walk-in drives, and bulk hiring.
  
• Verify candidate documents and manage regular follow-ups.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams and overseas partners to fulfil hiring requirements.
  
• Maintain candidate databases and achieve recruitment targets.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in hospitality recruitment, staffing, or manpower recruitment.
  
• Good understanding of hotel and hospitality job profiles.
  
• Existing contacts with hotels, institutes, or training centres will be an advantage.
  
• Strong sourcing, communication, and coordination skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet recruitment targets.
  
• Willingness to travel for recruitment drives when required.
