Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and target-oriented Blue collar Recruiters with experience in blue-collar and field-based recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and mobilizing skilled and semi-skilled construction workers for domestic and international construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Source skilled and semi-skilled construction workers, including Masons, Electricians, Welders, Fabricators, Plumbers, Carpenters, and other construction trades.
  
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through ITIs, contractors, vendors, manpower suppliers, referrals, and local networks.
  
• Conduct field visits and organize recruitment drives to meet manpower requirements.
  
• Screen candidates and verify their skills, work experience, and relevant documents.
  
• Coordinate trade tests, interviews, selection processes, and candidate mobilization.
  
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates, contractors, and sourcing partners.
  
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
  
• Maintain candidate databases, sourcing reports, and recruitment trackers.
  
• Support domestic and international construction manpower hiring requirements.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in construction recruitment, blue-collar staffing, or field recruitment.
  
• Good understanding of construction trades and skilled manpower requirements.
  
• Strong field sourcing, networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
  
• Existing contacts with ITIs, contractors, vendors, or manpower suppliers will be an added advantage.
  
• Ability to manage high-volume recruitment and meet hiring targets.
  
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and candidate management skills.
  
• Willingness to travel locally for sourcing activities and recruitment drives.
