Senior Power BI & Power Platform Reporting Developer

Experience Required: 8-10 Years

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable business insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  

• Build and optimize data models using Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and SQL to ensure high-performance reporting solutions.
  

• Develop and manage Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse integrations, to automate reporting and business processes.
  

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
  

• Create interactive visualizations and KPI dashboards that effectively communicate business performance and trends.
  

• Integrate data from multiple sources such as SQL Server, SharePoint, Azure, APIs, Excel, and enterprise systems into Power BI reports.
  

• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and security by implementing row-level security (RLS), data validation, and compliance standards.
  

• Perform report performance tuning and troubleshooting to improve refresh times, optimize datasets, and enhance user experience.
  

• Collaborate with business users, project teams, and IT stakeholders to deliver reporting enhancements and continuous improvements.
  

• Provide documentation, user training, and production support for Power Platform reporting solutions while staying updated on new Microsoft Power Platform features and best practices.
