Full-Time Floater Pharmacist

Calgary & Surrounding Areas, Alberta | CAD $52–$56/hour + Premium + Mileage

We are looking for 2–3 Full-Time Floater Pharmacists to support pharmacies across Calgary and surrounding communities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist who enjoys variety, flexibility, and working across different pharmacy locations, while receiving additional compensation for travel.

💰 Compensation & Benefits

CAD $52–$56/hour

+ $1.50/hour Floater Premium

~$104,325–$112,125/year including the premium, based on 37.5 hours/week

Up to 7.5% Short-Term Incentive Bonus

$0.66/km mileage reimbursement from your designated home store

5% pension matching for FT employees, eligible after 1 year

🚗 Get Paid for Your Travel

Your travel between locations is reimbursed at $0.66/km from your designated home store.

For example, working in Strathmore, approximately 50 km each way, would provide around $66 in mileage reimbursement for the round trip.

🗓️ Schedule

Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM

Weekends: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM

💊 About the Role

As a Floater Pharmacist, you'll provide coverage across different pharmacy locations, adapting to varying teams, workflows, and patient populations.

You'll be responsible for:

Prescription verification and dispensing

Medication counselling and clinical support

Patient-focused care

Supporting pharmacy operations

Collaborating with different pharmacy teams

Maintaining accurate records using Kroll

What We're Looking For

Pharmacist licensed to practice in Alberta

Strong communication and clinical skills

Comfortable working across multiple locations

Adaptable and independent

Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation

Community pharmacy experience preferred
