💰 Compensation & Benefits

CAD $52–$56/hour

Full-Time: 37.5 hours/week

~$101,000–$109,000/year for Full-Time

Part-Time: 22.5 hours/week

~$60,840–$65,520/year for Part-Time

Short-Term Incentive Plan: up to 7.5% of regular earnings

5% pension matching for Full-Time, eligible after 1 year

Kroll pharmacy system

🗓️ Schedule

Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM

Weekends: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM

Full-time and part-time scheduling options available

💊 About the Role

As a Staff Pharmacist, you will provide high-quality patient care while supporting the daily operations of the pharmacy.

Responsibilities include:

Prescription verification and dispensing

Medication counselling and patient education

Clinical support and patient care

Collaborating with the pharmacy team

Maintaining accurate records using Kroll

Ensuring compliance with Alberta pharmacy standards

What We're Looking For

Pharmacist licensed to practice in Alberta

Strong communication and patient-care skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Community pharmacy experience preferred

Kroll experience is an asset
