A world leader in Biotechnology and Pharma, is seeking an “Associate Manager - Compliance - Part Time - 100% Remote” at Foster City, CA.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Healthcare Compliance Specialist/Manager to support U.S. Speaker Program compliance monitoring for a leading biopharmaceutical organization. The consultant will help review speaker programs, identify potential compliance risks, evaluate supporting documentation, track remediation activities, and prepare monitoring reports and metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct live, data, and process-based compliance monitoring.
  
• Review speaker program activities, documentation, payments, meals, attendance, contracting, and training records.
  
• Identify compliance risks, control gaps, and recurring trends.
  
• Document observations and support escalation and remediation activities.
  
• Maintain monitoring trackers, reports, and supporting documentation.
  
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors on follow-ups and documentation.
  
• Assist with risk-based sample selection and monthly monitoring activities.
  

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare compliance, auditing, monitoring, or risk management.
  
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical speaker programs and HCP compliance requirements.
  
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  
• Proficiency in Excel and data/reporting tools.
  
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and handle confidential information.
